1, Act as the standing legal consultant for domestic and foreign companies, various economic entities and individuals at client's commissioning;

2, Review/Draft various legal documents, both domestic and foreign, e.g. economic contracts (agreements) and articles of association; participate in project and business feasibility studies, negotiations and contract signing;

3, Process various legal procedures for various companies and enterprises (incl. Sino-foreign JV, cooperatives, wholly foreign owned ones) regarding project establishment, equity transfer, restructuring, merger, acquisition, dissolution and liquidation;

4, Handling of various legal affairs in terms of bank, finance, securities, futures, insurance, taxation and customs, etc.

5, Handling of legal affairs, such as the advance sales, selling, lump-sum sales, mortgage, leasing, bank loans, housekeeping management of real estate projects, and the sale and transfer of land use rights;

6, Handling of legal affairs affecting intellectual property rights, e.g. trade marks, patents and copyrights, etc.

7, Conduct investigations for legal facts and provide witness for legal behaviors. Issue of legal opinions;

8, Participate in the mediation, litigation, legal proceedings and arbitration for various civil and economic disputes on behalf of the clients;

Business Scope for Legal Consultant

To draft/review relative economic contracts, or issue legal opinions on relative legal affairs per client's request;

To provide legal consulting for various economic activities, both domestic and foreign, at client's request. In particular, to provide legal advice for foreign invested companies in terms of customs, taxation, and the industry & commerce administration affairs;

To protect client's legitimate rights as allowed by the law scope, and to assist the client in the coordination of its relationship with various government authorities.

To assist the client in the establishment of internal business rules and policies; assist the client in the management of personnel, finance, production and business affairs within the legally allowed scope;
To collect accounts receivables from owing companies and individuals on behalf of the client;

To provide legal lectures for employees of the client per client's need ;
To assist in the handling of other legal affairs as commissioned by the client .
